BCBA
MacKenzie Moreland
"My name is MacKenzie but everyone calls me Mack. I became an RBT, then a BCaBA and finally a BCBA in 2020. I have been with ABC since 2021 and have loved getting to work at multiple of our locations. During my undergrad, I attended an ABA class and fell in love with it! I've lived in Muncie since 2013 and love getting to make a difference in families lives here. In my free time I love taking my kids on adventures and making memories."

BCBA
Madison Henchon
"I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since August 2021 and am proud to have spent my entire BCBA career with this company. My journey in the field began in 2017 as a paraprofessional in the school system, where I discovered my passion for working with individuals with special needs. I find great fulfillment in helping my clients make meaningful progress toward greater independence and personal growth."

Lead Therapist
Tiffany Engelberg
"I have been with ABC for 3 years now and have been a Lead Therapist for around a year and a half. I have always wanted to work with kids and change their lives for the better, here at ABC I am able to do just that! I moved to Muncie about 13 years ago from Michigan, I am a Mom to 5 kids and 2 foster kids and spend my free time watching them in sports and spending our time outdoors when possible."

BCBA
Lauren Walker
"I have worked with people with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. In 2018, I received my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism. In April of 2025, I passed the exam and became a BCBA! Some of my favorite things include visiting national parks, trying new restaurants and giving back to the community!"

Company Trainer
Alex Doerner
"I started working at ABC in the summer of 2022 when I took a break from pursuing my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I never planned to work in ABA or become an RBT, so I thought it would be temporary. In less than a month, I fell in love with the field and changed career paths. I finished my bachelor’s degree in psychology and now I’m pursuing my master’s in ABA to become a BCBA. I stepped into the training role at the start of 2024. I train each RBT who will go on to work with our kids, which means I get to have an impact on every single ABC kiddo!"

Lead Therapist
Emily Cordero
"I assist our staff during behaviors or help de-escalate our clients to prevent behaviors. This includes helping with coping strategies, giving them breaks, or just waiting and being there for them until they are calm. I have always enjoyed working with kiddos and special needs. I was a home health aide for years before I became an RBT and ended up having 2 children myself with disabilities, and it just felt like fate as I entered the ABA field. I love what I do, and I love doing it at ABC. I have the best co-workers, staff, and clients, that it doesn't feel like work, as most places do."

Program Manager
Savannah Yerion
"Since joining ABC in early 2022, I've had the opportunity to grow through roles including RBT, company trainer, authorization specialist, and program manager, all while gaining experience towards my BCBA certification. I began in the field in 2018 after volunteering in my high school's life skills classroom, where I discovered a deep connection to this work. I've since obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees in ABA. I am incredibly fortunate to have built a career doing what I'm most passionate about. In my free time, you can find me playing games, adventuring with friends, spending time with my dog, or enjoying a night of BINGO! "

BCBA
Danielle Kratoska
"I am a dedicated BCBA and proud mother of four. My journey into the field of behavior analysis was deeply personal—my oldest son was diagnosed with Autism at the age of three, and we spent many years navigating therapy and early intervention. Thanks to the dedication of incredible professionals and early support, he has made remarkable progress. Inspired by his journey, I pursued a career in behavior analysis to make a meaningful difference in the lives of other children and families. Today, I have the privilege of working with children to shape meaningful behaviors and develop essential skills—one breakthrough at a time."

Lead Therapist
Amanda Haney
"I started working at ABC in August of 2022 as I was finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. When starting at ABC, I didn't know exactly what I would do with my future. After finishing training and getting on the floor, I fell in love with the job! I finished my Bachelor's degree in December of 2023 and am now pursuing my Master's in ABA to become a BCBA! I look forward to working with many kiddos and their families as they develop essential life skills! I got promoted to a lead therapist in August 2024 and now work with our RBTs by assisting with behaviors, answering programming questions, and providing support however they may need it! In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, adventuring through nature, or hanging out with my friends!"
